A common error that is made when reading resumes is to not realize how important the first couple of pages are. It must explain the m ain purpose of the job and its objectives, thus it is advisable to place the objective at the top of the document. It is also recommended to indicate the main duty of the person for whom the document is written. This will make it easier for the reader to differentiate between the duties of the person and the document.The use of the words 'perform'do' must be avoided here. You can use words like 'participate' instead, so that the reader understands that the person is being quoted for his/her performance.
